Tickets at the Festival Ticket Office may be purchased:

a) by phone, fax, e-mail or postal letter

b) directly at the booth

a) Reservation by phone, fax, e-mail and postal letter, with payment – following reservation – by way of payment order, bank transfer or bank check.

It is possible to reserve tickets for any show, by calling the Festival Ticket Office, or by sending a letter, fax or E-mail.

• chosen terms of payment

Should the reserved seats be unavailable upon reception of the reservation, it shall be the Festival Ticket Office’s care to notify the customer. If not, the client shall receive confirmation of the reservation and may pay according to the chosen method. Upon payment, the purchaser shall then send a copy of the payment receipt to the Festival Ticket Office.

Payment may be performed by way of:

a) Money order

b) Bank Transfer

c) Bank check

Upon reception of the payment, the Festival Ticket Office shall send a voucher (by fax or E-mail), which will be exchanged with the ticket at the theater ticket office on the evening of the performance (preferable, before 8PM).

The client may personally pick up the tickets by exhibiting proof of ID and the original purchase receipt. Should the cardholder not be able to pick up the purchased tickets personally, another person may be authorized to do so. The delegated person must exhibit a written authorization by the titleholder, as well as proof of ID.
