The surreal theater of the comic talent Antonio Rezza and Flavia Mastrella

Actor, performer, writer Antonio Rezza is one of the most irreverent of the talents his generation. In 1985 with Mauro Fratini, brings to the stage the show “Ero un fiore stamattina " In 1987 he met the artist and sculptor Flavia Mastrella, which establishes a long artistic partnership. Their first dramatic works (("Nuove parabole", "Barba e cravatta", "I vichinghi elettronici") received a good critical acclaim. In these shows Antonio Rezza states interacting with the presentation created by Flavia (colored fabrics with cuts in which Antonio inserts his own face, giving rise to a series of characters through his facial expressions).
Again in the early nineties, the two artists produced a series of short films and received numerous awards in festivals of independent cinema: the first prize at the Fano Festival for the short film Suppietij , two awards Festival Bellaria in two different editions for the shorts movies Il vecchio dentro and Confusus.
